If breast augmentation and lift surgery is , then it is not permissible, even for the sake of the husband. This is because a good intention does not make a bad act good, and sins do not transform into acts of obedience through intention. Whoever commits a forbidden act, knowing it to be forbidden, incurs sin, and should be advised gently and kindly.
