Salaries that have been deposited into your account, to which you are not entitled, are impermissible for you to take or dispose of, except after consulting the entity that disbursed them. If they permit you to own it, then there is no harm. Otherwise, you are obligated to return it in full. As for what you have spent or given in charity from it, you must return its equivalent.
