If the heirs of the deceased woman are limited to daughters and a full sister, then the daughters inherit two-thirds, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what she left." The full sister inherits the remainder by ta'sib (agnatic succession) because she becomes an agnate with the daughters, and the sons of the full brother receive nothing. Accordingly, the daughters' share would be 92088.88, and the full sister's share would be 46044.44. The matter of estates must be referred to the courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no wills, debts, or other rights taking precedence over the heirs' right.
