What are the ways to eliminate doubts concerning the Qur’an and the authenticity of the message of Muhammad, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, and what are the books that address these doubts?

Satan swore to tempt and mislead the children of Adam. Allah mentioned this so that we may be aware of his affair, hold fast to Allah, and seek refuge in Him. Among the ways to protect oneself from Satan are:

Firstly: Discontinuing destructive thoughts as soon as they arise and occupying oneself with the remembrance of Allah.

Secondly: Frequently seeking refuge in Allah and reciting the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) three times in the morning and evening.

Thirdly: Reciting the Qur'an with contemplation and the intention of seeking healing through it.

Fourthly: Frequently remembering Allah and diligently observing the prescribed remembrances.

Fifthly: Seeking beneficial knowledge, especially books on Islamic creed, and studying the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him).

Sixthly: Frequently making supplication with humility and persistence for Allah to keep the heart firm upon His religion and to suffice one from the evil of Satan and the self.
