As for prizes associated with tickets: If they are for entry to a forbidden cinema, or if a person pays something to obtain them, then this is not permissible, as it is either an encouragement to the forbidden or a form of gambling, both of which are forbidden. However, if there is nothing forbidden in the cinema and the person does not pay anything extra to obtain the prizes, then there is no harm in taking them.
