Is it better to pray Tarawih in congregation at home, or individually in order to complete the recitation of the Qur'an?

Performing Taraweeh prayer individually at home with one juz' (part of the Quran) is better than performing it in congregation at home with less than one juz', because praying individually allows for a longer qiyam (standing), enables the completion of the entire Quran during Taraweeh, and because praying individually at home is closer to sincerity.
