Is it obligatory for a sleeping person to wake up to perform the prayer, given the hadith: "Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it"?

One must be diligent in performing prayer on time, using an alarm or by entrusting someone to wake them. If one is overcome by sleep, there is no sin upon them, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no negligence in sleep; rather, negligence is in wakefulness. So if one of you forgets a prayer or sleeps through it, let him pray it when he remembers it."
