Is it sufficient to recite only Al-Fatiha in the two shortened rak'ahs of the four-rak'ah prayers?

The Sunnah is for the worshipper to recite, along with Al-Fatiha in the first two rak'ahs, whatever is easy for him from the Qur'an, whether the four-rak'ah prayer is shortened or performed in full.
