Does moving to the next posture in prayer before completing the obligatory or recommended dhikr—such as transitioning from prostration to sitting before finishing "Subhana Rabbi al-A'la"—affect the validity of the prayer, whether done intentionally or out of forgetfulness, assuming that the tranquility sufficient for saying "SubhanAllah" is achieved?

If the worshipper's limbs are stable and at rest for a moment during prostration, then tranquility has been achieved, and the prostration is valid. There is no difference in this regard between one who does it intentionally and one who does it forgetfully. Otherwise, neither the prostration nor the prayer would be valid.
