ما حكم مقولة: "مطر مارس ذهب خالص"؟

There is no harm in the phrase "we were given rain by such and such a naw' (a specific star's setting)" if it is intended to denote a temporal period, because what is forbidden is attributing rain to other than Allah the Almighty. However, if the intention is to believe that the naw' is the agent of the rain, then this is disbelief by consensus.
