What should one do who is struck on the neck by another person, knowing that he treats them in the same manner that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to treat people?

You must advise those who harm you and explain the impermissibility of harming a Muslim without just cause. Seek the help of wise people to advise them. If they do not desist, avoid them and turn away from them, as Allah Almighty says: "Show forgiveness, enjoin what is good, and turn away from the ignorant." If you cannot avoid them, refer their matter to someone in authority over them to restrain them.
