1. Is it obligatory to give daily charity from the amount allocated to the fund project, or after receiving the weekly amount? And is it sufficient to give any amount as charity? 2. Has the vow not to listen to songs expired after expiation for it, or is it still valid, and what are the implications of that? 3. What is the way to get rid of listening to songs and thinking about lustful matters? And what is the solution to avoid breaking the vow of giving charity?

A mere promise to give charity does not necessitate fulfillment. It is commendable for you to give charity if it does not harm you, but if you do not, there is no sin. As for listening to forbidden music, you must stop it and repent to Allah from it, bearing in mind that what is forbidden is the intention to listen, not what occurs without intention. What will help you in repentance is listening to the Qur'an, keeping company with righteous women, and supplication.
