The answer

If a breastfeeding woman experiences menstrual bleeding for four days, that is menstruation. The blood that appeared after twenty days is also menstruation, because the period between them (sixteen days) is a valid period of purity. As for the third bleeding that occurred after eight days, if it continues for a day and a night or more, and the total of the three days does not exceed fifteen days, then it is menstruation following the previous bleeding. Otherwise, it is istihadah (non-menstrual bleeding).
