Is it permissible to sell a course in e-commerce while promoting it with claims of achieving material profits (75,0, a car, and a house) that have not occurred in reality?

So long as the promotion is for a training course that has not taken place, it falls under prohibited lying, deception, and cheating. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of lying, for lying leads to wickedness, and wickedness leads to the Hellfire," and "Whoever cheats us is not of us," and "Cunning and deceit are in the Fire."
