Is a wife considered disobedient to her Lord if she refuses to respond to her husband in bed, for the purpose of getting him back to the shared bedroom, and are there Qur’anic verses that help solidify mutual respect between spouses?

The wife is advised to be keen on obeying her husband and treating him well, and to prioritize his obedience over that of her parents, as Allah Almighty says: (Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth).

The wife should not refuse her husband's invitation to bed, but rather be a good spouse to him, while increasing supplications for his guidance.

It is also recommended to address the problem of teeth grinding in cooperation with the husband, to show a desire to solve the problem.

Finally, increase supplications for Allah to guide the husband and improve his circumstances.
