Indeed, holding beauty pageants reflects deviation and corruption, and contradicts the values of chastity and modesty to which Islam calls. Such competitions aim to spread indecency and distract people with bodily desires, leading to moral corruption in society. The Holy Quran has warned against spreading indecency and called for avoiding the footsteps of Satan. In contrast, the leaders of Islam, such as Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, sought to preserve and protect society from the causes of temptation, by removing anything that might arouse desires and lead to corruption, even if that meant removing individuals from whom temptation was feared. Therefore, the idea of these competitions is completely rejected due to the religious and moral harms that result from them.
