What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding the questioner's belief that a certain fatwa is unsound, and what must he do concerning that?

If a common person seeks a fatwa from a scholar and the scholar issues it, the common person is obligated to accept the fatwa and act upon it, and not to reject it merely because it does not align with their desires, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "So ask the people of the message if you do not know." A common person is not qualified to examine Sharia rulings or to correct scholars' fatwas. The common person must choose a scholar or an institution reliable in their knowledge and piety, and adhere to what they issue. It is not permissible for him to deviate from this unless he finds another institution with greater knowledge and piety that issues a differing fatwa.
