What is the ruling on swearing falsely by Allah and by His Book out of necessity to reform a woman who is on the path of corruption?

The basic ruling concerning swearing a false oath is that it is a yamin ghamus (a perjurious oath that plunges the swearer into sin), and it is considered one of the major sins. However, lying or a yamin ghamus may be permissible out of necessity or to achieve a legitimate benefit that cannot be achieved through truthfulness, such as under duress or to avert a greater harm, provided that the lying is not for an unlawful purpose. It is preferable to use tawriyah (ambiguous speech) and ma'arid (allusions) to avoid lying as much as possible. When there is doubt about the importance of the purpose, the original ruling of prohibition remains.
