What are the effects of janabah (major ritual impurity) on a man, and is it only by the emission of semen or does it also include madhy (pre-seminal fluid)?

Janabah (definition) occurs with the emission of semen, or by the insertion of the glans (penis tip) into the front or back passage, whether lawfully or unlawfully. As for the emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid), it does not necessitate ghusl (definition) (ritual bath); rather, it only requires washing whatever it has touched of clothing or body, because it is impure and nullifies wudu (ablution). Semen is pure and nullifies wudu according to the majority of scholars, and necessitates ghusl according to everyone.
