Does the difference in recitation speeds (tahqeeq, tadweer, hadr) affect the length of madd and ghunnah?

The difference in the estimation of the levels of Madd (prolongation) is related to the difference in the levels of recitation. Reciting slowly and with tartil (measured recitation) differs from reciting quickly and with speed, and this is reflected in the duration of pronouncing the Madds. As for the Ghunnah (nasalization), it has been transmitted from the shaykhs and scholars of Tajwid that it does not increase or decrease from the measure of two vowel counts (harakah), like the natural Madd. However, other scholars mentioned levels for the Ghunnah without specifying a temporal duration for it. It is understood from their words that the Ghunnah should be heavy and take a duration commensurate with the speed and slowness of the recitation.
