How is the inheritance divided among a mother, two daughters, a wife, and a full sister, with obligatory Zakat and debts outstanding? And do the marital home and the family car enter into the inheritance? And is it permissible to offer financial compensation to the mother and sister for their shares from the shares of the wife and daughters?

Zakat and other debts owed by the deceased must be paid from the estate before its distribution. The residence of the wife and daughters, and the car, if owned by the deceased, are part of the estate and are to be divided among the heirs. The full sister and the mother may relinquish their share of the residence and the car in exchange for a portion of the wife's and daughters' share, provided there is mutual agreement. If the deceased left no heirs other than those mentioned, the distribution is as follows: two-thirds for the two daughters, one-eighth for the wife, one-sixth for the mother, and the remainder for the full sister by ta’sib (residuary heir). The estate is to be divided into twenty-four shares: sixteen shares for the two daughters (eight for each daughter), four shares for the mother, three shares for the wife, and one share for the full sister.
