Divorce does not occur by memorizing the verses related to it from Surat Al-Baqarah, and this does not affect the wife's inviolability. It is recommended to complete memorizing the surah due to its virtues. It is disliked to address one's wife as "my sister" or "O sister of so-and-so" if he means himself, but this is not considered ẓihār unless ẓihār is intended by it, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, disliked that but did not prohibit it, and the wording is not explicit ẓihār.
