Does the guarantor bear the remaining amount (3,000 AED) after the debtor has paid 13,000 AED out of 16,000 AED?

The guarantor's liability is added to the principal's liability for the guaranteed debt. The guarantor is obligated to fulfill what he has guaranteed. If the creditor demands payment from him, he must pay, and the guarantor can then reclaim what he paid from the one for whom he stood guarantee. The creditor may demand payment from both the principal and the guarantor together, or from either of them, for the full debt or a portion thereof.
