What is the ruling on the profit granted by the Banque de l'Agriculture et du Développement Rural (BADR) in Algeria on deposited funds, and is it considered impermissible (haram)?

This bank deals with usurious interest, therefore it is forbidden to deposit money or invest it therein. Any profits resulting from this investment are unlawful wealth, which must be disposed of by spending it on public welfare and charitable causes.
