Is it permissible to manufacture lids for women's hair dye containers and sell them to a company specialized in that?

If the dye is mostly used by women who display their adornments (tabarruj), then selling it, manufacturing it, and assisting in that in any way is forbidden, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
