Is it permissible to stipulate repayment of the loan in Saudi Riyals instead of Syrian Pounds, even though the transferred amount was received in Syrian Pounds?

The criterion for determining the amount of a loan is what has been agreed upon. So, if the loan was in Syrian Lira, it must be repaid in Syrian Lira. If it was in Riyal, it must be repaid in Riyal. It is not permissible to stipulate that the loan be repaid in a different currency.
