What is the ruling on my continuing to communicate with a man online – under the pretext of advising him and reminding him to repent and pray – and searching for a wife for him, fearing his corruption, while I also fear that this communication might be unlawful?

A woman is forbidden from conversing with men online in private chat rooms because it is a cause of fitna (temptation, discord) and an entry point for Satan. You must stay away from this man who spoke to you about committing adultery, and you are not responsible for him.

This man spoke ill by revealing his sin, which Allah had concealed. He must repent and conceal himself. He must hasten to marry to protect himself from evil, especially if he fears fitna for himself.
