Is it permissible to purchase accredited university credit hours in installments with an increase in the price per credit hour?

There is no harm in purchasing university credit hours with deferred payment at a price higher than their immediate payment value, provided that both prices are agreed upon at the time of the contract, and the price is known from the outset, and the contract is concluded on that basis. This is because purchasing these hours is a type of ijarah (leasing/hiring), which is the sale of usufructs, and time has a share in the price.
