If you utter a vow, you must fulfill it after the condition upon which it is suspended is met, which is your release from prison. As for determining the amount for which a fifth must be paid, the matter depends on your intention at the time of the vow:

- If by "what I own in terms of money" you intended only cash at the time of the vow, then you must pay a fifth of the remaining 15,0.

- If you intended the broader meaning of "money" (including the car), then you must pay a fifth of everything you owned at the time of the vow, even if the car was sold later, as the determining factor is the intention at the time of the vow.
