Is the surplus amount from social security after death permissible or forbidden?

Social solidarity is permissible if it is from the state or a cooperative, non-commercial endeavor. If it is from the state and the employee is compelled to participate, there is no sin upon him. It is permissible for heirs to benefit from this guarantee, even if it exceeds what was taken from their deceased relative, provided it adheres to the Shariah guidelines.
