What should one who works at sea from after 'Asr until Fajr do, and does not find time to perform the Maghrib and 'Ishā prayers?

Prayer is a great pillar that must not be abandoned or delayed beyond its prescribed time. A traveler is permitted to shorten prayers (qasr) and combine them (jam‘) either by performing the second prayer early with the first (jam‘ taqdim) or delaying the first prayer to be performed with the second (jam‘ ta'khir). As for praying on a ship, it must be performed standing, unless there is a fear of drowning.
