What is the available solution for someone who wishes to build a house but does not possess the cost of construction, and desires to take a loan from a bank, knowing that bank loans carry high usurious interest rates?

Sustenance is in the hands of Allah, and He has established lawful means for obtaining sustenance, among them: obedience to Allah and piety, maintaining prayer and enjoining it, abstaining from sins, and being cautious of usurious loans which are prohibited by Islamic law. It is permissible to deal with Islamic banks whose transactions are based on Sharia. If no lawful means are available, then one should fear Allah and be patient.
