Can a human being change his destiny? And why did Allah preordain everything that would happen to us while we were in our mothers' wombs?

The question "Why did Allah preordain what His servants would do?" should not be asked, because Allah Almighty is All-Knowing and All-Powerful. It is impossible for a servant to do what Allah has not preordained for him. Predestination relates to Allah Almighty's power. Allah is the Creator of all things, and nothing occurs in His dominion except what He wills. The servant is commanded to strive to achieve his religious and worldly interests, and developing oneself is among what Allah has legislated, and this does not contradict belief in predestination. For the servant takes the legitimate means, hoping for facilitation from Allah, while knowing that what Allah has preordained is what will come to be.
