Is it permissible to share profits from selling spare parts to the company I work for?

It is not permissible for a buyer who acts as an agent for his company to agree with a supplier to sell goods to his company at market price if he (the agent) will share in them. The issue of an agent purchasing for himself with his principal's money is a matter of disagreement among scholars. Some have absolutely prohibited it, while others have permitted it with the principal's permission.
