Is it permissible to write the name of Allah and then throw it on the ground?

It is obligatory to respect the names of Allah, and it is not permissible to expose them to indignity, because exalting the sacred rites and symbols of Allah is a sign of the piety of hearts. Therefore, writing the name of Allah and then throwing it on the ground, even in a clean place, is forbidden. If the intent is to show contempt, then it is an act of disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam.
