Is it permissible to pay money to a person who guarantees success in the "Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Exam" for employment, knowing that the questioner deems himself qualified and will not usurp anyone's right?

It is not permissible to bypass the exam through trickery and cheating, because it is forbidden bribery and deception. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the briber and the bribed. The Prophet also forbade cheating, saying: "He who cheats us is not of us." He also mentioned that deceit, fraud, and betrayal lead to Hellfire. He also forbade pretending to possess what one has not been given, saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "One who pretends to possess what he has not been given is like one who wears two garments of falsehood." One should fear Allah and rely on Him, for whoever fears Allah, He will make a way out for him and provide for him from sources he could never imagine.
