If the competition is purely with electronic money that has no reality except within the game, and the three aforementioned conditions are not met, then there is no harm in it. It falls under the rules of competition, not the categories of maysir. However, playing is prohibited if any of the mentioned conditions are violated, except that the first condition does not prohibit the game for someone who did not pay money.
