What is the ruling regarding a married person who looks at pornographic images on the internet, and is his act considered a form of zina (fornication/adultery) that necessitates the hadd punishment?

Looking at nude pictures on the internet or elsewhere is impermissible, whether the viewer is married or unmarried, due to Allah’s saying: (Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts). Nevertheless, it is not considered zina (fornication/adultery) and does not incur the prescribed punishment for zina.
