In which Surah is the verse, "The Bedouins are worse in disbelief and hypocrisy"?

The interpretation of verse 97 from Surat At-Tawbah, "The Bedouins are more intense in disbelief and hypocrisy and more apt not to know the limits of what Allah has revealed to His Messenger. And Allah is Knowing and Wise," is that the Bedouins are more obstinate in denial and hypocrisy than urban dwellers due to their harshness, hard-heartedness, and infrequent exposure to righteous people, which makes them less knowledgeable about Allah's rights. This description applies to some Bedouins, but not all, as explained in verse 99 of the same Surah: "And among the Bedouins are some who believe in Allah and the Last Day and consider what they spend as means of closeness to Allah and prayers of the Messenger. Unquestionably, it is a means of closeness for them."
