Is it permissible to marry the daughter of one's brother through rada'a (nursing)?

It is not permissible to marry one's niece through fosterage (رضاعة), based on the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying regarding Hamza's daughter: "She is not permissible for me. She is the daughter of my brother through fosterage," and his saying: "Fosterage prohibits what birth prohibits," and "Fosterage prohibits what lineage prohibits." And a niece by lineage is prohibited according to the Almighty's saying: (Forbidden to you are your mothers... and your brothers' daughters...).
