Is it permissible for me to shorten the prayer (qasr) and combine the Maghrib and Isha prayers after returning from work? And is this method correct for the Fajr, Dhuhr, and Asr prayers after waking up at noon, knowing that the nature of my work extends from after Asr until midnight?

If the work involves transferring funds from usurious banks, then it is forbidden due to aiding in sin. However, if it does not involve usurious banks, then it appears permissible.

The work becomes forbidden if it leads to missing prayers from their prescribed times, such as performing Fajr prayer at noon, or Maghrib and Isha prayers late at night past midnight, as the time for Isha ends at midnight.

Prayers must be performed at their prescribed times. A missed prayer due to an excuse, such as sleep or forgetfulness, should be performed upon waking.

It is permissible to combine prayers in cases of necessity or hardship, such as fear for one's money or self, or work that prevents performing each prayer at its time. However, it is not permissible to delay a prayer beyond its legal time under the pretext of work.
