Allah Almighty says: "And whoever is patient and forgives, indeed that is of the matters [requiring] firm resolve" and "And those who pardon the people—and Allah loves the doers of good." However, forgiveness should not exceed the bounds of moderation, lest you be considered gullible. Advise these representatives and warn them. If they return, take fair legal action against them, or dismiss them from their jobs, and warn company owners about them.
