Is it permissible to deprive a daughter of inheritance if she elopes and marries without her father's consent and approval? And what is the ruling of Islamic law on this marriage, which was conducted with a valid Shar'i contract and with the help of a relative?

A woman's marriage without the permission of her guardian is invalid and must be annulled, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid." As for disinheriting her, it is not permissible, because it is a right granted by Allah Almighty to the heirs, and no one has the authority to invalidate it.
