Is a wife obliged to obey her husband by permanently residing with his family, even if it causes her hardship?

A wife is commanded to obey her husband in permissible matters, and her obedience to him takes precedence over her obedience to her parents. Obedience to the husband is obligatory upon the wife, but it is restricted to not being in disobedience to Allah Almighty, because "there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator." Therefore, if the husband commands his wife to visit his family with their son, obedience is obligatory, unless it causes her hardship. In such a case, she should inform him of the difficulty, and they should discuss to find a solution.
