What is the ruling on a bus driver transporting Christians to churches for their religious rituals, or to Christian dance troupes that perform some rituals on their holidays?

It is impermissible for this man to transport Christians to their churches or to their places of celebration, because this is considered assisting them in their rituals and their false religion. This is the view of the majority of scholars, contrary to the Hanafis who permitted it. He should repent and abandon this work. However, transporting them to their homes or similar places, which does not aid them in their disbelief, is permissible. As for the wages he previously earned, we hope they are lawful for him.
