It is permissible to copy articles from websites that do not prohibit it, and there is no need to seek permission from their owners. However, it is not permissible to copy from websites that do prohibit it, except with the permission of their owners. It is permissible to quote from all published articles, provided that the sources are mentioned and the كلام (words/statement) is attributed to its rightful owners.
