What is the ruling on naming a newborn girl Maria, Jannat, or Firdaws?

It is permissible to name a newborn girl Maria or Mariyah, which means: the bright, white woman. Al-Muqawqis gifted Mariyah al-Qibtiyyah to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. There is also no objection to naming a child Jannat (plural of Jannah), which is a garden with palm trees and other trees, or Firdaws, which is a garden that encompasses all that is found in gardens.
