The purpose of university research is to train students and test their abilities, so they must conduct it themselves. It is not permissible to seek assistance from others regarding the core of the thesis or its original material, whether for compensation or not. However, seeking assistance in matters not directly related to the core of the thesis is permissible, such as guidance and advice from the supervisor or colleagues, unless university regulations or academic custom prohibit it. If the purpose of the research is to train the student in language and assess their linguistic level, then it is not permissible to seek assistance from others in drafting the research or correcting its errors, as this would defeat a valid objective.
