What is the ruling on spitting into one's hands after the Fajr prayer and wiping the body with them, and what is the ruling on spitting under one's garment in the chest area?

"There is no harm in spitting (lightly blowing with some saliva) after reciting the Quran or the prescribed invocations, whether the spitting is done under the garment towards the chest or into the hands followed by wiping the body with them. This is by analogy with the prescribed spitting in Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism), and when reciting the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) before sleep, or upon experiencing a disliked dream."
