Do our hands become impure if we touch things that have been touched by employees who left the bathroom without washing their hands?

Washing the hands after relieving oneself is not obligatory unless there is impurity on them that necessitates removal. If you are not certain that the employees' hands are contaminated, the default is that they are pure. Their not washing their hands after relieving themselves does not necessarily mean they are impure. Therefore, one must abandon obsessive thoughts and assume purity until the opposite is proven. If you are certain of the presence of impurity on one of their hands, it transfers if the hand or the object being touched is wet or moist, and it does not transfer if both the hand and the object are dry.
